Guide · Your account
Log out, or delete your account
Log out from Settings at the bottom of your account page. Deleting your account removes it and its data for good — CommonYard asks you first.
Log out
- Tap YOU on the bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the gear at the top right for Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Log out.
You land back on CommonYard’s front page. Sign in again the way you joined — the same Google account, Apple ID or phone number — and everything is where you left it.
Delete your account
- Tap YOU, then the gear for Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- CommonYard asks: Delete your account? Tap Delete to go ahead, or Cancel.
Deleting your account removes it and the data that goes with it, permanently. It can’t be undone.
Good to know
- If CommonYard says your account couldn’t be deleted, sign in again and retry — for your safety, deleting needs a recent sign-in.
- Just want a break? Turn off notifications instead. See Turn on notifications.
- Questions about your data: write to hello@commonyard.app.
